This article examines the intersection of AI-powered cyberattacks and geopolitical conflicts, analysing how state and non-state actors leverage machine learning algorithms, autonomous malware, and large-scale disinformation campaigns to achieve strategic objectives in the digital domain. Drawing on documented incidents from major geopolitical rivalries - including the Russia-Ukraine conflict, US-China technological competition, and Middle Eastern cyber confrontations - this study investigates the mechanisms through which AI amplifies the scale, speed, and precision of offensive cyber operations. Furthermore, the paper explores the socio-political dimensions of AI-driven information warfare, including the manipulation of public opinion, destabilisation of democratic institutions, and erosion of epistemic trust in digital ecosystems. The analysis reveals that traditional international legal frameworks are ill-equipped to address the emergent threats posed by autonomous cyber weapons and AI-generated propaganda. The article concludes by proposing a multilateral governance framework that integrates technical, diplomatic, and humanitarian considerations to mitigate the destabilising effects of AI-enhanced cyber conflict. 2026-06-04T00:00:00+05:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://claritaslumen.org/index.php/ercah/article/view/150IMPROVING THE METHODOLOGY FOR DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ PHYSICAL FITNESS BASED ON WRESTLING EXERCISES 2026-06-04T22:14:50+05:00Alibek Botirovich JuraevThis article covers the issues of improving the methodology for developing students’ physical fitness based on wrestling exercises. This article examines the methodological challenges and opportunities in assessing how library programs, collections, and informal learning spaces affect children from birth to age eight. Drawing on recent evaluation frameworks from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, the article proposes a multi-layered impact model that distinguishes between access effects, adult mediation effects, and developmental outcomes. The argument advanced is that traditional output measures such as program attendance or device usage are insufficient for capturing digital literacy gains. Instead, libraries must adopt observational instruments, parent-reported competency scales, and longitudinal tracking of digital behaviors. The article concludes with practical recommendations for library practitioners seeking to implement low-cost, high-reliability measurement strategies without overburdening staff or compromising the playful nature of early learning. 2026-06-04T00:00:00+05:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://claritaslumen.org/index.php/ercah/article/view/157REINVENTING THE REFERENCE INTERVIEW FOR VIRTUAL AND CHAT BASED SERVICES 2026-06-04T22:15:23+05:00Diyora XushvaqtovaRashid TurgunbayevThe reference interview has long stood as the signature pedagogical encounter of librarianship, a structured conversation through which librarians clarify ambiguous user needs and connect them with appropriate information resources. For decades, this interview was conceptualized and taught as a face-to-face interaction, one in which librarians could rely on visual cues, paralanguage, and the shared physical context of the reference desk. The rapid migration of reference services to virtual environments, particularly synchronous chat and text-based messaging, has fundamentally disrupted this model. Librarians now conduct reference interviews with users they cannot see, whose emotional states they cannot gauge through posture or facial expression, and whose information needs may be expressed in fragments, abbreviations, or ambiguous syntax. This article argues that the shift from physical to virtual reference requires not merely the adaptation of traditional interview techniques but a fundamental reinvention of the reference interview itself. Drawing on communication theory, discourse analysis of chat transcripts, and emerging best practices from academic and public library settings, the article proposes a new conceptual framework for virtual reference interviewing. This framework emphasizes explicit structuring of the interaction, strategic use of closed and open questions adapted to text medium, techniques for building rapport without visual or vocal channels, and methods for verifying understanding when backchannel cues are absent. The article concludes with a training agenda for librarians transitioning to chat based services and a research agenda for the continuing evolution of virtual reference pedagogy. 2026-06-04T00:00:00+05:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://claritaslumen.org/index.php/ercah/article/view/158USE OF DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL TOOLS IN DEVELOPING THE SKILL OF PLAYING BY NOTES 2026-06-04T22:15:28+05:00Abdulatif Abdujabbor-ugli EsonalievThis article examines the effective use of digital educational tools in developing students’ ability to play by notes during the music education process. Unlike its Bukharan counterpart, which underwent significant notation-based codification during the Soviet era, the Ferghana-Tashkent style has retained a stronger oral character, privileging flexible intonation and richly ornamented melodic lines. Through analysis of recorded performances and ethnographic observation of contemporary masters, this study argues that specific intervallic patterns - particularly the augmented second, the neutral third, and the variable fourth - directly condition vocal production in terms of register shifts, laryngeal positioning, and timbral coloration. The article further demonstrates that Ferghana-Tashkent singers employ what may be termed “intervallic kinesthesia,” a embodied knowledge wherein pitch relationships are not merely heard but physically felt through specific adjustments of the vocal tract. This research contributes to the growing field of ethnomusicological voice studies by situating maqom singing within a framework that unites cognitive, acoustic, and pedagogical perspectives. 2026-06-04T00:00:00+05:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://claritaslumen.org/index.php/ercah/article/view/161TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF REFLECTIVE THINKING AND SOCIO-COGNITIVE COMPETENCE IN STUDENTS OF THE DIRECTION OF MUSIC EDUCATION 2026-06-04T22:18:48+05:00Feruz To’lqinjonovich MuxamedovThis article covers the theoretical and practical foundations of technologies for the development of reflective thinking and socio-cognitive competence in students of the direction of music education. These spaces promise to democratize design, prototyping, and hands-on learning. Yet a growing body of evidence suggests that typical makerspaces inadvertently exclude significant user populations, including students with mobility impairments, visual or hearing disabilities, neurodivergent learners, and those with chronic health conditions that affect energy or sensory processing. This article argues that accessibility gaps in academic library makerspaces are not merely technical problems of equipment placement but systemic issues rooted in design assumptions, staffing models, and institutional policies. Drawing on disability studies frameworks, universal design principles, and case studies from North American and European academic libraries, the article proposes a holistic model for inclusive makerspace development. This model addresses physical access, sensory environments, assistive technology integration, staff training, and programmatic design. The central argument is that bridging accessibility gaps requires shifting from a compliance mindset, focused on minimum legal standards, to an inclusion mindset, focused on proactively removing barriers to full participation. The article concludes with an actionable framework for librarians, makerspace managers, and university administrators seeking to transform their makerspaces from sites of accidental exclusion to models of genuinely equitable access. 2026-06-04T00:00:00+05:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://claritaslumen.org/index.php/ercah/article/view/164EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL FUNCTIONS OF ENIGMATIC TEXTS IN NATIONAL CULTURE 2026-06-04T22:19:04+05:00Durdona Tolibjon-qizi Tukhtasinovatukhtasinovadurdona@gmail.comThis article provides information about the educational and social functions of enigmatic texts in English and Uzbek national cultures, which are among the main functions. Social media platforms have become influential environments where linguistic strategies are employed not only to inform but also to shape attitudes, emotions, and behavioral decisions. This study investigates speech manipulation in digital communication through a neurolinguistic perspective, focusing on persuasive language practices in social media discourse. The research aims to identify the most common manipulative linguistic mechanisms and examine their potential cognitive effects on digital audiences. A corpus of 120 publicly accessible social media texts was compiled from Telegram, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter). The study employed qualitative discourse analysis and quantitative content analysis to classify manipulative strategies according to six categories: emotional triggering, authority framing, fear appeals, social proof, scarcity strategies, and repetition patterns. The findings indicate that emotional triggering and social proof are the most frequently utilized persuasive mechanisms, accounting for more than half of all identified manipulative instances. Neurolinguistic analysis suggests that these strategies activate heuristic processing, reduce critical evaluation, and increase message acceptance. The study contributes to applied linguistics by demonstrating how language functions as a cognitive tool in digital persuasion and by proposing an analytical framework for examining manipulative discourse in online environments. The findings may support future research on digital literacy, media communication, and linguistic influence in virtual communities. 2026-06-04T00:00:00+05:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://claritaslumen.org/index.php/ercah/article/view/166CONTEMPORARY LINGUISTIC TRENDS IN THE STUDY OF TONGUE TWISTERS 2026-06-04T22:19:11+05:00Munisa Oybek-qizi Zokirjonovamunisagulomova0602@gmail.comThis article examines the fact that modern linguistic trends require us to consider tongue twisters not within the confines of a single scientific field, but at the intersection of several scientific paradigms. Today, tongue twisters have become objects of study in phonetic-phonological analysis, articulatory phonology, psycholinguistics, cognitive linguistics, pragmatics, discourse analysis, cultural linguistics, pedagogical linguistics, and even computational linguistics. The reason for this is simple: tongue twisters, although short, engage multiple levels of the linguistic system, operating simultaneously. 2026-06-04T00:00:00+05:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://claritaslumen.org/index.php/ercah/article/view/167OPEN ACCESS MANDATES AND THEIR EFFECTS ON SMALL UNIVERSITY PRESSES 2026-06-04T22:19:14+05:00Sadoqat RaimjonovaRashid TurgunbayevOpen access mandates from research funders and universities have reshaped scholarly communication over the past two decades. While much analysis has focused on their effects on large commercial publishers, subscription-based journals, and major research universities, the impact on small university presses remains underexplored. These presses, often operating with lean staffing and narrow financial margins, occupy a distinctive niche in academic publishing. They produce specialized monographs, regional journals, and edited collections that serve niche scholarly communities but rarely generate substantial revenue. This article examines how open access mandates, particularly those requiring open access publication for funded research and those encouraging open access monograph publishing, have affected the operational models, financial sustainability, and strategic priorities of small university presses. Drawing on case evidence from North America and Europe, the article argues that while open access mandates have created genuine opportunities for increased readership and discoverability, they have also imposed significant transitional costs. These costs include the need to develop new business models such as library partnership funding, article processing charges that small presses struggle to collect, and the labor-intensive work of retroactively digitizing backlist titles. The article concludes with recommendations for policymakers and university administrators to design mandate implementations that do not inadvertently undermine the very presses that often publish the highest-quality, most rigorously peer-reviewed specialist scholarship. 2026-06-04T00:00:00+05:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://claritaslumen.org/index.php/ercah/article/view/168SMART CLOTHING IS THE FUTURE 2026-06-04T22:19:19+05:00Dilshodbek Yusupovdilshodbekyusupov1992@gmail.comThis article highlights the technological capabilities of smart clothing, its role in health monitoring, sports activities, child safety, and everyday convenience. Despite its historical significance and widespread use in folk ensembles across Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and the Xinjiang region of Western China, the instrument remains systematically underrepresented in university-level curricula when compared to its cousin, the dutar, or the tanbur. This article examines the structural, pedagogical, and institutional barriers limiting the Kashqar rubab’s integration into academic performance programs and proposes a curriculum framework for its systematic inclusion. Drawing on recent scholarship regarding the instrument’s construction and performance practice, alongside analysis of current pedagogical models at Uzbek conservatories and pedagogical universities, this study argues that the Kashqar rubab’s distinct technical demands - particularly its unique fingering system and plectrum technique - require specialized pedagogical approaches that existing degree structures do not accommodate. The article presents a three-phase integration model addressing instrument acquisition, methodological curriculum development, and ensemble applications. Particular attention is given to resolving the tension between oral transmission traditions and written notation requirements within standardized degree programs. Implementation strategies address faculty training, repertoire development, and assessment methods appropriate to the instrument’s technical and stylistic characteristics. The proposed framework aligns with recent cultural sector reforms in Uzbekistan while respecting the master-apprentice traditions fundamental to authentic rubab instruction. 2026-06-04T00:00:00+05:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://claritaslumen.org/index.php/ercah/article/view/172EFFECTIVE METHODS FOR ORGANIZING INDEPENDENT LEARNING IN PIANO LESSONS 2026-06-04T22:21:58+05:00Zilola Abdufattoh-kizi AbdurazzokovaThis article analyzes effective methods for organizing independent learning in piano lessons and their significance in developing students’ performance skills.
